Abstract
L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé/processus de conversion d'un écoulement concentré obtenu par HPSWRO (osmose inverse d'eau de mer sous haute pression) dans des installations de dessalement d'eau de mer en chlorure de magnésium (adapté pour obtenir du magnésium métallique par électrolyse) et en chlorure de sodium, avec une cogénération d'électricité et de chaleur à l'aide d'une pile à combustible PEM (membrane à échange de protons).
