Abstract

The disclosure relates to compositions and methods for modulating the biological activity of HAUSP protein. Among the activities that can be modulated are binding of HAUSP protein with proteins such as p53, MDM2, and EBNA1; modulation of HAUSP isopeptidase activity; and modulation of binding of HAUSP protein with ubiquitin and ubiquitinated proteins.
