Abstract

L'invention concerne dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture servant, par exemple, à ouvrir/fermer des fenêtres. Ce dispositif est constitué de deux bras (1) et (2) qui sont articulés pivotants l'un à l'autre, au niveau d'une extrémité, par une charnière (5) tandis que, au niveau de l'extrémité opposée, ils sont articulés pivotants, respectivement, à un châssis de fenêtre (4) par une charnière (6) et à une fenêtre (3) par une charnière (7). Les bras (1) et (2), qui sont situés à une certaine distance de la charnière (5), sont reliés entre eux par une bielle de va-et-vient (8), laquelle, au niveau d'une extrémité, est montée pivotante au bras (2) tandis que, au niveau de l'autre extrémité, elle est montée pivotante excentrée par un joint sphérique (10) sur un bras d'actionnement (11), auquel un mouvement rotatif peut être imprimé dans le sens ou dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre autour d'un axe (c-c). Ainsi, le joint sphérique (10) se déplace en cercle ou en demi-cercle, d'une position extrême, dans laquelle le joint sphérique (10) se trouve à la distance la plus éloignée du bras (2), à une autre position extrême, dans laquelle la bielle (8) est parallèle au bras d'actionnement (11) et dans laquelle la fenêtre est ouverte, en passant par une position intermédiaire, puis, lorsque la fenêtre est fermée, le joint sphérique (10) regagne sa position initiale. Le bras d'actionnement (11) est couplé à un dispositif d'entraînement, qui peut être constitué d'un appareillage (13) couplé à un moteur électrique (14), qui peut être télécommandé. L'appareillage (13) et le moteur (14) sont fixés au bras (1). Le dispositif selon l'invention apporte une vitesse élevée et une force réduite dans les positions intermédiaires et une vitesse réduite et une force élevée dans les positions extrêmes. Par voie de conséquence, la force de fermeture est élevée. Le risque de coincement est faible.
