Abstract

La présente invention a trait à une fermeture présentant une paroi supérieure ayant une épaisseur de section de base, une portion filetée et une jupe annulaire dépendante de celle-ci comportant des moyens d'inviolabilité reliés de manière frangible à celle-ci. La paroi supérieure comporte un bloc de raidissement à partir duquel un joint annulaire interne et un joint annulaire dépendants de celle-ci. Le joint annulaire se caractérise par sa dépendance d'un point du bloc de raidissement qui est à mi-chemin entre les périphéries intérieure et extérieure de l'ouverture d'un récipient auquel est appliquée la fermeture. Le joint annulaire externe est dépendant du bloc de raidissement de sorte que la paroi externe du joint définisse la périphérie extérieure du bloc de raidissement. Le bloc de raidissement contient également une rainure qui définit le point d'attache de la paroi interne du joint extérieur et le bloc d'étanchéité et un pas entre les joints interne et externe qui chevauche l'ouverture du récipient auquel la fermeture est appliquée. Cet agencement assure un scellement ou un découplage de contraintes exercées sur la paroi supérieure de la fermeture en provenance des moyens de scellement.
