Abstract

The invention relates to the container for drinks, made of metal, for packaging small volumes of fluids. The offered invention solves the problem of making of a construction of the metal container, allowing to provide a maximum of convenience at uptake of a drink directly from container at maintenance of simplicity of its manufacturing. The task is solved by a construction of the metal container containing a cylindrical body with the bottom and the cover, differing that the top of a body is made in the form of a neck with transverse section in an interval 0,03 - 10 square centimetres, that allows to carry out gulp at the full dip of the top of a body of the container in a mouth, densely covering body by lips and not touching with a teeth. Thus the top of a body can be made in the form of the truncated cone with transverse section of the vertex in an interval 0,03 - 10 square centimetres. Besides the top of the body can be made asymmetrically relative to a vertical axis of symmetry. The bottom of the container can have concave inside relief replicated the configuration of the top of the body.

METAL CONTAINER FOR DRINKS
The invention relates to the container for drinks, made of metal, for packaging small volumes of liquids.
There are known popular designs of container for the drinks, made in the form of metal cans, consisting of the body with the bottom and the cover in the form of disk in which there is easily separated site forming a pouring hole. However the cover in the form of a disk with pouring hole leads that the part of a liquid is late on an internal flat surface of the cover at the emptity of the container, and at the use of a drink directly from can there is an inconvenience of drink.
It is known the container for the drinks (1), containing the cylindrical body with the bottom and the cover including the central panel from leafy metal with a edge flange and having the separable region, bounded by a contour line of the weakened durability, differing that the central panel of the cover has the form of a dome concave inside that provides the smooth flow out of a drink from the container and full emptity without strong overturning. The design provides fast and simple opening of a container, and also an opportunity of the use of a drink directly from can.
The offered invention solves a problem of making of the construction of the metal container, allowing to provide a maximum of convenience at uptake of a drink directly from container at maintenance of simplicity of its manufacturing.
The task is solved by a construction of the metal container containing the cylindrical body with the bottom and the cover, differing that the top of the body is made in the form of a neck with transverse section in an interval 0,03 - 10 square centimetres.
Thus the top of the body can be made in the form of the truncated cone with transverse section of the vertex in an interval 0,03 - 10 square centimetres.
The top of the body can be made asymmetrically relative to a vertical axis of symmetry.
The bottom of the container can have concave inside relief replicated the configuration of the top of the body.
The body of the container can have a corrugated surface.
In figure 1 various designs of the container are presented:
1 - container with the top of the body in the form of a neck,
2 - container with the top of the body in the form of the truncated cone, 3; 4 - container with an asymmetric neck,
5 - container with an asymmetric cone
The container can be made by a method of vacuum casting.
The quantity of the upper border of the interval of the values of the transverse section of the top of the body of the container (10 square centimetres) is determined by the convenience of the dip of the top of the body of the container into a mouth. The quantity of the lower border of the interval of the values of the transverse section of the top of the body of the container (0,03 square centimetres) corresponds to the transverse section of the cocktail tube.
Before the use of a drink the container is opened by opening a cover. Through the formed hole a drink pour out in a dish for drink (on the drawing it is not shown), or use it directly from container. The offered design of the metal container allows to carry out gulp at the full dip of the top of the body in a mouth, densely covering body by lips and not touching with a teeth.
The suggested container provides a maximum of convenience at uptake of drinks directly from container due to adaptation of its form to anatomy of a mouth and is technological in manufacturing.

1. Metal container for drinks, containing a cylindrical body with the bottom and the cover, differing that the top of a body is made in the form of a neck with transverse section in an interval 0,03 - 10 square centimetres.
2. Metal container of claim 1 , differing that the top of a body can be made in the form of the truncated cone with transverse section of the vertex in an interval 0,03 - 10-square centimetres.
3. Metal container of claim 1 , differing that the top of a body can be made asymmetrically relative to a vertical axis of symmetry.
4. Metal container of claim 1 , differing that the bottom of the container can have concave inside relief replicated configuration of the top of the body.
5. Metal container of claim 1 , differing that the body of the container can have a corrugated surface.
