Abstract

L'invention porte sur un appareil permettant d'effectuer une analyse d'une composition chimique en utilisant une source d'énergie, une solution tampon et des ensembles plaques de gel, cet appareil comprenant: un réservoir de solution tampon configuré pour recevoir au moins un ensemble plaques de gel et un composant central; un couvercle pour recouvrir le réservoir de solution tampon; le composant central étant configuré pour être inséré dans le réservoir de solution tampon de façon à le diviser en des premier et second réservoirs de sorte que ceux-ci reçoivent la solution tampon; le composant central, comportant des première et seconde électrodes adaptées pour être connectées à la source d'énergie, permet d'appliquer un potentiel électrique sur la solution tampon contenue dans les premier et second réservoirs; et un mécanisme de blocage formé sur une partie du couvercle et du composant central, et un élément de blocage correspondant formé sur le réservoir de solution tampon, ce mécanisme de blocage se bloquant automatiquement par engagement avec l'élément de blocage correspondant lors du positionnement d'une partie du couvercle et du composant central par rapport au réservoir de solution tampon.
