Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé à mise en oeuvre informatique, d'analyse d'un ensemble de données de pharmacovigilance, procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : détermination d'une mesure, indépendante de la taille d'un échantillon, d'association entre deux conditions à considérer dans l'ensemble de données de pharmacovigilance ; utilisation d'une distribution hypergéométrique pour déterminer une mesure d'imprévisibilité statistique entre les conditions à considérer dans ledit ensemble de données, la distribution étant basée sur un modèle en urne dans l'hypothèse où les conditions sont statistiquement indépendantes ; et affichage de la mesure d'association avec la mesure d'imprévisibilité statistique afin d'identifier une association significative entre les conditions considérées.
