Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au domaine de l'extraction de pétrole et plus particulièrement aux procédés d'exploitation de gisements d'hydrocarbures avec de l'eau de soubassement, au moyen d'une technologie d'extraction d'hydrocarbures avec des pompes à maîtresse tige. Selon le procédé, on monte une pompe à maîtresse tige de manière à ce que l'entrée de l'emmanchement soit située en dessous du soubassement d'une strate. On effectue préalablement une destruction du cône d'eau dans la zone de la strate adjacente au fond du puits au moyen de l'évacuation de l'eau par pompage à travers un emmanchement relié à la soupape d'aspiration inférieure du cylindre, via l'entrefer en passant par la soupape d'aspiration latérale du cylindre. Si la teneur du liquide évacué en hydrocarbure augmente, on en déduit que la destruction du cône d'eau a commencé. On continue l'évacuation par pompage jusqu'à la destruction et la dilution totales ou quasi-totales de l'émulsion dans le cône, constitué de l'eau formée dans un milieu poreux non homogène à la frontière eau - hydrocarbure, jusqu'à la démixtion des flux d'eau et d'hydrocarbures et jusqu'au retour du contact courant eau / hydrocarbures vers une position initiale. On poursuit ensuite le pompage de l'eau via l'emmanchement et de l'hydrocarbure via l'entrefer.
