Abstract

L'invention concerne un combiné de bloc-batterie et de chargeur de batterie utilisables pour fournir un courant de charge au bloc-batterie. Le bloc-batterie comprend une première borne de batterie, une seconde borne de batterie et un élément de batterie présentant un état présent de charge. L'élément de batterie est couplé à la première borne de batterie et/ou à la seconde borne de batterie. Le bloc-batterie comprend également un micro-contrôleur de batterie couplé à la première borne de batterie et/ou à la seconde borde de batterie. Le micro-contrôleur est utilisable pour mesurer le présent état de charge de l'élément de batterie afin de produire des mesures de l'état présent de charge de l'élément de batterie. Le chargeur de batterie comprend une première borne de chargeur configurée pour être couplée à la première borne de la batterie et/ou à la seconde borne de batterie, et une seconde borne du chargeur est configurée pour être couplée à la première borne de la batterie et/ou à la seconde borne de la batterie. La première borne du chargeur est configurée pour fournir un courant de charge au bloc-batterie. Le chargeur de batterie comprend également un micro-contrôleur de chargeur couplé à la seconde borne du chargeur et utilisable pour recevoir les mesures de l'état présent de charge de l'élément de batterie du micro-contrôleur de batterie. Le micro-contrôleur du chargeur est également utilisable pour fournir le courant de charge au bloc-batterie sous la forme d'impulsions, chaque impulsion contenant un premier intervalle de temps dans lequel le courant de charge est fourni à la batterie et un second intervalle de temps dans lequel le courant de charge est coupé de la batterie. Le micro-contrôleur est également utilisable pour modifier le premier intervalle de temps d'une impulsion basé au moins en partie sur les mesures du présent état de charge de l'élément de batterie reçus du micro-contrôleur de batterie.
