Abstract

L'invention concerne un cadre de hublot (1) destiné à être installé dans le revêtement extérieur d'un aéronef. Le cadre de hublot comprend au moins une bride externe (2); une bride interne (3); et une bride verticale (4) disposée perpendiculairement à et entre ces deux brides. Un élément de fenêtre (7, 8) à maintenir est fixé en position sur la bride interne (3) et la bride verticale (4) avec un organe de maintien par pression (10) rattaché au cadre de hublot (1). L'organe de maintien par pression (10) comprend un matériau en résine synthétique renforcé de fibres. La structure en couches de l'organe de maintien par pression correspond à une plaque quasi-isotrope, et une pièce semi-finie comprenant un matériau d'âme thermoplastique est réalisé sous la forme d'un matériau en feuille quasi-isotrope, et un procédé de formage profond est utilisé pour transformer l'ensemble et lui conférer la finition immédiate de l'organe de maintien par pression.
