Abstract

L'invention concerne un matelas ergonomique en polyuréthanne haute densité, comportant trois couches parallèles reliées entre elles au niveau de la tête et du pied du matelas, l'ensemble formant un bloc unique. La couche supérieure (1) et la couche inférieure (3) comportent, au niveau de leurs faces intérieures, un profil sinusoïdal ou ondulé, définissant une série de crêtes (11, 8) et de vallées (7, 10). Ces couches sont séparées par une couche intermédiaire (12) à faces planes, qui est reliée par des adhésifs ou analogues aux crêtes (11, 8) de la couche supérieure (1) et de la couche inférieure (3). Les crêtes (11, 8) et les vallées (7, 10) des couches sont réparties de façon que les vallées (7) de la couche supérieure (1) soient disposées face aux crêtes (11) de la couche inférieure (3), les crêtes (8) de la couche supérieure (1) étant par conséquent disposées face aux vallées (10) de la couche inférieure (3). Cette caractéristique permet d'obtenir une bonne répartition et homogénéisation des efforts qui évite que la couche supérieure (1) et la couche inférieure (3) soient directement en contact.
