Abstract

L'invention concerne un stator pour une machine électromagnétique qui comprend une pluralité de segments de stator distincts et enroulés individuellement sur lesquels sont positionnés des embouts. Lesdits embouts comprennent des pattes permettant de positionner ceux-ci sur les segments par ajustement avec serrage. Lesdits embouts possèdent des surfaces orientées destinées à faciliter l'enroulement de câbles sur les segments. Lesdits embouts présentent des raccords mâles et femelles qui s'apparient et assurent le raccordement de segments adjacents. Lesdits embouts comprennent des doigts et des encoches permettant d'aligner les segments sensiblement sur le même plan. Lesdits embouts comprennent des éléments d'isolation de câble, notamment des crochets, des tablettes et des rebords, permettant de séparer les câbles d'interconnexion acheminés sur le stator afin d'interconnecter électriquement les segments. Lesdits segments présentent des contours festonnés sur leurs bords extérieurs destinés à évacuer de l'huile, et lesdits embouts comprennent des passages assurant l'évacuation de l'huile.
