Abstract

Les confiseries et friandises, la gomme à mâcher et analogue, ou alors les produits à base de tabac, sont distribués en vue de la vente au détail dans un emballage rigide (1) se présentant essentiellement sous la forme d'un récipient (2) comportant un fond (3), une paroi antérieure (4), une paroi postérieure (5) et deux parois latérales (6), l'ouverture (8) étant située à son extrémité supérieure. Cet emballage comporte également un couvercle (9) possédant une partie supérieure (10), une partie antérieure (11) et deux parties latérales (12) articulées sur le récipient (2) de telle manière qu'elles obturent ou dégagent l'ouverture (8). Afin d'assurer une fermeture étanche, chaque paroi latérale (6) comprend une partie intercalaire (14) située à proximité de l'ouverture (8) et orientée vers l'extérieur en formant un angle avec le récipient (2), cette partie intercalaire étant conçue pour coopérer à frottement avec la partie latérale correspondante (12) du couvercle (9) de manière à s'opposer à tout déplacement susceptible d'entraîner une ouverture intempestive de l'emballage (1).
