  • the cavities of the whole course of dry laid blocks of one or more adjacent walls are filled continuosly without interruption.Above this filled course,the successive course od dry laid blocks(without any bonded means as mortar,glue,..) are placed and secured by ties,and then filled. The process is carried out for all other successive courses of the walls. Thanks to such construction,the filling of all courses is contmuous,horizontally and vertically,monolithic and unified. The filling of the whole wall is one unity,so we get the monolithic walls with binder filling of wet loam mixture that after drying become firm,structural element of the load-bearing walls.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de parpaings creux de grand format, servant de soutènement/coffrage permanent pour remplir les cavités de murs de maçonnerie porteurs avec du liant, ces parpaings étant des éléments de structure et d'isolation. Le système est composé de deux parpaings creux parallélépipédiques dotés d'une enveloppe verticale et d'une ou de plusieurs rangées d'alvéoles (11): le bloc standard (1) le plus utilisé et le bloc d'extrémité (2) avec tenon (12) et mortaise ( 13) sur les côtés verticaux des blocs. Ces parpaings sont assemblés par différents liens rigides (15,16,17,18) qui assurent la stabilité dans l'espace de l'enveloppe des murs pendant le remplissage. L'épaisseur souhaitée d'un mur est obtenue par la longueur correspondante des liens pour satisfaire aux exigences structurelles et thermiques. Les alvéoles de toute une assise de blocs réalisés par voie sèche formant un ou plusieurs murs adjacents sont remplies en continu, assise par assise, sans aucun agent de liaison tel que mortier, colle, etc. Le remplissage de la totalité d'un mur est fait en une seule opération. On obtient ainsi des murs monolithiques remplis d'un liant fait d'un mélange d'argile mouillée, ces murs, après avoir séché, devenant des éléments de structure durs pour des murs porteurs. Le remplissage avec un mélange d'argile permet de réaliser des murs 100 % écologiques, faits de matériaux naturels peu onéreux (argile cuite pour les blocs et argile mouillée pour le remplissage), tous les matériaux usuels tels que béton, béton léger, béton isolant, etc. pouvant être utilisés pour le remplissage. Comparé à des parpaings classiques, ce système, avec ses murs alvéolaires, présente des avantages économiques en termes de main d'oeuvre pour la maçonnerie et de transport des parpaings, ce système étant particulièrement adapté à la construction de bâtiments et de villages écologiques.
