Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition sous forme de poudre comprenant en association au moins une silice hydrophobe, au moins un composé tel que le xylitol ou le tréhalose, et de l’eau. La présente invention concerne également une composition sous forme de poudre comprenant en association au moins une silice hydrophobe ayant une surface spécifique supérieure ou égale à 190 m2/g et une grosseur moyenne de particules primaires inférieure ou égale à 10 nm, et de l’eau. La présente invention concerne également l’utilisation de telles compositions comme vecteurs d’ingrédients actifs.
