Abstract

L'invention décrit un épluche-ail constitué d'un tuyau creux souple en caoutchouc thermoplastique (TPR). Les deux extrémités du tuyau sont dentelées ou simplement circulaires. Une des deux extrémités peut être fermée. La coupe transversale du tuyau peut être circulaire, en ellipse, etc. Sa longueur est comprise entre 10 et 20 cm et son diamètre entre 3 et 4 cm. Pour peler l'ail, il suffit d'introduire la gousse d'ail dans le tuyau et de rouler ce dernier d'avant en arrière jusqu'à débarrasser l'ail de sa peau. Cet ustensile permet avantageusement de peler l'ail très rapidement sans que les doigts ne viennent en contact avec les gousses d'ail.
