Abstract
Description
VERFAHREN ZUM VERMEIDEN DES EINROLLENS DER RÄNDER VON TEXTILEN MATERIALBAHNEN UND EIN SPANNRAHMEN ZUR DURCHFÜHRUNG DES VERFAHRENSMETHOD FOR AVOIDING THE ROLLING IN OF THE EDGES OF TEXTILE MATERIALS AND A TENSIONER FOR IMPLEMENTING THE METHOD
Verfahren zum Vermeiden des Einrollens der Ränder von textilen Materialbahnen und ein Spannrahmen zur Durchführung des VerfahrensProcess for avoiding the curling of the edges of textile material webs and a stenter for carrying out the process
The invention relates to a method for avoiding the curling of the edges of textile material webs according to the preamble of claim 1. The object of the invention is further and a stenter for carrying out the method.
In the thermal or chemical wet treatment of textile material webs, after they have been passed through a bath and have been at least partially dehumidified between two rollers, they are tensioned on a tenter frame and successively during the run on the tenter frame by increasing the distance between them Stretching frame mounts stretched transversely to the direction of flow. After removing the textile web from the tenter at the widest point (maximum stretch), the textile web is given the opportunity to shrink and relax on the next stretch. The edges of the textile web detached from the stenter now tend to curl transversely to the transport direction after the tensile forces cease. The curling disrupts the subsequent process steps.
The object of the present invention is to create a method and a tenter to avoid curling of the edges of textile material webs.
This object is achieved by a method according to the features of claim 1 and a tenter frame for carrying out the method according to claim 3. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims.
A partial or complete drying of the edge areas of the textile webs, as long as they are held taut in the tenter frame, cancels out the forces that cause the curling.
Show it Figure 1 is a side view of a schematically illustrated treatment station with a bath, a tenter, a shrink path and a dryer and
Figur 2 einen Grundriss der Behandlungsstation in Figur 1.FIG. 2 shows a floor plan of the treatment station in FIG. 1.
A textile material web, or material web 1 for short, is guided via a deflection 3, for example a deflection roller, into a treatment bath 5 with a treatment liquid 7 and then drawn off with a pair of rollers 9 and, if necessary, partially dehumidified by the rollers 9. From there, the material web 1 arrives at a tenter frame 11. In the tenter frame 11, the material web 1 is held along its two edges 13 by holding means, for example needles. The tenter frame 11 in the present example has a smaller width on the input side than on the output side, so that the material web 1 is successively stretched, for example by 100%. After the release of the material web 1 at the end of the tenter frame 11, when it has been detached from the needles, it can carry out a shrinking process in a relaxation zone 15. The material web 1, for example carried on a conveyor belt, is not subjected to tensile forces in either the longitudinal or the transverse direction. After the relaxation section 15, the material web 1 is guided through a drying oven 17 for drying. According to the invention, drying devices 19 are now arranged above the diverging edge regions of the tenter frame 11, through which heated air or thermal radiation reaches the edge regions of the material web 1 being passed. The two edge areas are wholly or partially dried by the heated blown air and / or heat radiation. These dried or dry edge areas essentially retain their smooth shape in the subsequent section during the shrinkage and do not curl.
