Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schraubdeckel (1) aus Kunststoff für einen Behälter, insbesondere zur Aufnahme von Kosmetika, wobei der Deckel von einem Gewindeelement (3) und einem daran mit einem Filmscharnier verbundenen Verschlusselement (5) gebildet ist, so dass das Gewindeelement (3) einen in der Gebrauchslage nach oben weisenden Endrandring (8) aufweist, der die Entnahmeöffnung (10) begrenzt mit einer darunter liegenden, in das Öffnungsinnere weisenden Ringlippendichtung (9) aus einem elastischen Material, und dass das Verschlusselement (5) einen in der Verschlusslage in die Öffnung (10) ragenden Topfbodenteil (5a) aufweist, wobei die elastische Ringlippendichtung (9) in der Verschlusslage des Behälters (1) sich mit einem Bereich auf der Behälteroberkante und mit einer Dichtlippe (9a) an der Aussenwand (5b) des Topfbodenbereiches (5a) dichtend abstützt.

Description

Schraubdeckel aus Kunststoff, insbesondere für einen Kosmetik enthaltenden Behälter
Die Erfindung richtet sich auf einen Schraubdeckel aus Kunststoff für einen Behälter, insbesondere zur Aufnahme von Kosmetika, wobei der Deckel von einem Gewindeelement und einem daran mit einem Filmschamier verbundenen Verschlußelement gebildet ist.
Derartige Behälter sind in unterschiedlichen Gestaltungen bekannt. So zeigt beispielsweise die auf der EP-1 150 896-T2 basierende DE-699 02 561 -T2 einen derartigen Kosmetikbehälter als Einheit, bei dem sowohl der Behälterkörper wie auch der Deckel wie auch das notwendige Dichtelement einstückig bzw. durch Koextrusion gestaltet bzw. hergestellt sind. Auch das DE-299 18 252-U zeigt einen entsprechenden Behälterverschluß, bei dem auch Deckel und Dichtung gleichzeitig bereitgestellt werden. Einen sogenannten "Flip-Top-Verschluß" zeigt auch die EP-0 621 201 -A, um nur einige Beispiele zu nennen.
Das Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine möglichst einfache Gestaltung eines solchen Deckels bei gleichzeitiger Sicherstellung der zuverlässigen Abdichtung zwischen Kosmetikbehälter und Schraubdeckel einerseits und dem "Flip Top" andererseits zu schaffen, d.h. ein Verschlußelement das von der benutzenden Person bei Gebrauch des kosmetischen Mittels geöffnet und geschlossen wird.
Mit einem Schraubdeckel der eingangs bezeichneten Art wird diese Aufgabe gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß das Gewindeelement einen in der Gebrauchslage nach oben weisenden Endrandring aufweist, der die Entnahmeöffnung begrenzt mit einer darunter liegenden, in das Öffnungsinnere weisenden Ringlippendichtung aus einem elastischen Material, und daß das Verschlußelement einen in der Verschlußlage in die Öffnung ragenden Topfbodenteil aufweist, wobei die elastische Ringlippendichtung in der Verschlußlage des Behälters sich mit einem Bereich auf der Behälteroberkante und mit einer Dichtlippe an der Außenwand des Topfbodenbereiches dichtend abstützt.
Durch diese zwei Funktionen der Ringlippendichtung wird eine zuverlässige einfache Gestaltung eines solchen Schraubdeckels möglich.
Eine Ausgestaltung besteht darin, daß die Ringlippendichtung und der Deckel mittels Koextrusion einstückig ausgebildet sind, was die Gesamtgestaltung und insbesondere die Herstellung des Schraubdeckels stark vereinfacht.
Vorteilhaft kann es sein, wenn die Ringlippendichtung an ihren in die Entnahmeöffnung ragenden Bereich querschnittlich etwa sichelförmig ausgebildet ist, wie dies die Erfindung in Ausgestaltung ebenfalls vorsieht.
Um die Öffnungs- und Schließstellung zu fixieren und das Filmscharnier zu unterstützen, kann nach der Erfindung auch vorgesehen sein, daß zusätzlich die Trennfuge überbrückende Stützbänder vorgesehen sind.
Weitere Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aufgrund der nachfolgenden Beschreibung sowie anhand der Zeichnung. Diese zeigt in
Fig. 1 den Querschnitt durch einen Kosmetikbehälter mit aufgeschraubtem, erfindungsgemäßen Deckel,
Fig. 2 eine Vergrößerung einer Einzelheit II in Fig. 1 mit Querschnitt durch die Ringlippendichtung,
Fig. 3 den Schraubdeckel in geöffneter Position,
Fig. 4 den Schraubdeckel in geschlossener Position mit Aufsicht auf das Filmschamier sowie in Fig. 5 einen Schnitt durch den Schraubdeckel in geschlossener Position analog zu Fig. 1.
Der in den Figuren dargestellte, allgemein mit 1 bezeichnete Schraubdeckel dient zum Verschließen eines in Fig. 1 im Querschnitt angedeuteten Behälters 2, z.B. zur Aufnahme eines kosmetischen Mittels. Der Schraubdeckel 1 ist aus Kunststoff gefertigt und besteht im wesentlichen aus zwei Funktionselementen, nämlich zum einen aus einem mit 3 bezeichneten Gewindeelement und einem daran über ein Filmscharnier 4 einstückig verbundenen Verschlußelement 5, wobei das Gewindeelement 3 gegenüber dem Filmscharnier 4 einen Rastbereich 6 und das Verschlußelement 5 einen entsprechenden Rasthaken 7 aufweist.
Zur Abdichtung des Schraubdeckels 1 gegenüber dem Behälter 2 ist unterhalb eines nach oben weisenden Endrandringes 8 durch Koextrusion eine Ringlippendichtung, allgemein mit 9 bezeichnet, angeformt, die querschnittlich einen etwa sichelförmigen Bereich 9a aufweist. Wie sich insbesondere aus den Querschnittszeichnungen 1 und 5 ergibt, weist das Verschlußelement 5 einen in die mit 10 bezeichnete Entnahmeöffnung ragenden Topfbodenteil 5a auf, an dessen in der Gebrauchslage nach unten weisenden Außenrand, in Fig.2 mit 5b bezeichnet, sich der querschnittlich sichelförmige Bereich 9a der Ringlippendichtung 9 anlegt, wie sich dies insbesondere aus Fig. 2 ergibt.
In Fig. 4 ist noch dargestellt, daß beidseitig des Filmschamieres 4 Stützbänder 11 vorgesehen sind, die die Trennfugenebene zwischen Gewindeelement 3 und Verschlußelement 5 überbrücken.
Natürlich ist das beschriebene Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung noch in vielfacher Hinsicht abzuändern, ohne den Grundgedanken zu verlassen. So ist die Erfindung insbesondere nicht auf die speziell dargestellte Querschnittsform der koextrudierten Ringlippendichtung 9 beschränkt, auch nicht auf Art und Gestaltung des Topfbodenbereiches 5a u. dgl. mehr.

Claims

Ansprüche:
1. Schraubdeckel (1 ) aus Kunststoff für einen Behälter, insbesondere zur Aufnahme von Kosmetika, wobei der Deckel (1 ) von einem Gewindeelement (3) und einem daran mit einem Filmscharnier verbundenen Verschlußelement (5) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewindelement (3) einen in der Gebrauchslage nach oben weisenden Endrandring (8) aufweist, der die Entnahmeöffnung (10) begrenzt mit einer darunter liegenden, in das Öffnungsinnere weisenden Ringlippendichtung (9) aus einem elastischen Material, und daß das Verschlußelement (5) einen in der Verschlußlage in die Öffnung (10) ragenden Topfbodenteil (5a) aufweist, wobei die elastische Ringlippendichtung (9) in der Verschlußlage des Behälters (1) sich mit einem Bereich auf der Behälteroberkante und mit einer Dichtlippe (9a) an der Außenwand (5b) des Topfbodenbereiches (5a) dichtend abstützt.
2. Schraubdeckel aus Kunststoff nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringlippendichtung (9) und der Deckel (1 ) mittels Koextrusion einstückig ausgebildet sind.
3. Schraubdeckel aus Kunststoff nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringlippendichtung (9) an ihrem in die Entnahmeöffnung ragenden Bereich querschnittlich etwa sichelförmig ausgebildet ist.
4. Schraubdeckel aus Kunststoff nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur zusätzlichen Fixierung des Verschlußteiles (5) am Gewindeteil (3) beidseitig des Filmscharniers (4) die Trennfuge überbrückende Stützbänder (11 ) vorgesehen sind.
