Abstract

L'invention concerne des amorces olignucléotidiques qui sont spécifiques d'une caractéristique d'acide nucléique de certains gènes de ß-lactamase. Ces amorces peuvent être utilisées dans des procédés visant à identifier dans des échantillons une caractéristique d'acide nucléique d'enzymes ß-lactamase qui est spécifique d'une famille (voire d'un groupe), et notamment dans des isolats cliniques de bactéries gram négatives.
