Abstract

Cette méthode de réalisation et d'interprétation d'essais cliniques sur des produits expérimentaux (molécules de substances) opérant dans le mécanisme récepteur comme ligands exogènes repose sur le choix des preuves statistiques sur lesquelles les essais sont fondés et sur la succession des essais. Tout d'abord, il est nécessaire de choisir une preuve statistique chez des personnes dont l'âge ne dépasse pas 65 ans pour vérifier l'efficacité du produit expérimental. Si un résultat favorable concernant la sécurité de l'application du produit expérimental et son efficacité sont obtenus (même dans un sous-groupe d'une preuve statistique donnée), alors on peut continuer l'essai du produit expérimental pour défini l'efficacité probable du produit chez des personnes dont l'âge dépasse la limite d'âge établie préalablement, mais ne dépasse pas 80 ans. Pour les personnes dont l'âge dépasse 80 ans, en général l'efficacité du produit expérimental concerne uniquement des cas isolés de personnes dont l'âge biologique est inférieur à l'âge réel.
