Abstract

A wheel bag (100) for enclosing a bicycle wheel and attaching to a bicycle for transport along with a method for using the bag are described. In one embodiment, the bag is configured to be secured to a bicycle at three points (112, 116, 120) while the bicycle is in a rooftop carrier (250) for transport on an automobile.
