Abstract

L'invention porte sur une méthode d'amplification d'un fragment d'ADN inclonable in vitro, cette méthode consistant à circulariser le fragment d'ADN inclonable, ajouter une polymérase de l'ADN, un mélange de dNTP et une amorce, et amplifier le fragment d'ADN inclonable en effectuant une amplification en cercle afin de produire une série en tandem de répétitions du fragment d'ADN inclonable.
