Abstract

The present invention provides methods and compositions for rapid construction and high throughput functional analysis of expression libraries. More particularly, the invention provides methods for the rapid construction of expression libraries comprising transcription cassettes and use of such transcription cassettes in high throughput assay systems for the identification and validation of transcription and expression products relevant to drug development.
