Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés, des réactifs et des assortiments de matériel permettant de détecter la présence ou l'absence (ou de quantifier) des séquences polynucléotidiques et des protéine cibles dans au moins un échantillon au moyen de réactions de codage et de décodage. Lorsqu'un polynucléotide cible particulier est présent dans un échantillon par exemple, cette réaction de codage entraîne la formation d'un produit réactionnel contenant des parties amorces adressables. Lors de la réaction d'amplification permettant le décodage, au moins une sonde de marquage et au moins une amorce d'adressage peuvent être utilisées, de manière à fournir un signal détectable dépendant de la présence ou de l'absence d'une séquence. Dans certains modes de mise en oeuvre, le codage comprend une réaction de ligation avec des sondes à séquences de liaison, et une analyse des polymorphismes mononucléotidiques (SNP).
