Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de surveiller un accouchement, consistant : à recevoir, sur un laps de temps, une pluralité de signaux de position transmis par un ou plusieurs éléments de positionnement ou zones de tissu situés au niveau du col de l'utérus et/ou de la tête foetale ; et à déterminer un état discret du travail d'un foetus situé totalement à l'intérieur d'un corps sensible auxdits signaux de position, avec une résolution dans le temps de moins de 15 minutes, ledit état discret ne comprenant pas le début ou la fin du travail, mais plus d'une contraction, ainsi qu'un état autre qu'une position anormale de la tête foetale.
