Abstract

Selon cette invention, un écoulement à très haute vélocité de particules en aérosol est généré, lequel va ensuite heurter une cible ou une surface cryogénique de façon qu'on obtienne un gradient thermique extrêmement élevé au niveau du point d'impact. Un champ électrique est utilisé pour produire et accélérer l'écoulement de gouttelettes en aérosol.
