Abstract

L'invention concerne un raccord d'extrémité pour une boucle, une cordelette ou une corde servant à attacher ou supporter des charges, lequel raccord comporte deux extrémités (1, 2) présentant une structure de type bande et/ou corde. La première extrémité (1) se termine en au moins une première partie (3) d'extrémité et l'autre extrémité (2) en au moins une deuxième partie (4) d'extrémité, ces première et deuxième parties (3, 4) d'extrémité se chevauchant entièrement ou au moins partiellement, de sorte que, lorsque les parties (3, 4) d'extrémité sont raccordées en un point de raccordement (5), on obtient un épaississement inférieur ou égal à 50 %. Des parties (3, 4) d'extrémité de ce type permettent d'obtenir une résistance accrue. Cette invention concerne également les utilisations de raccords d'extrémité de ce type dans les domaines de l'escalade, de la voile, du nautisme et de la sécurité au travail.
