Abstract

Cette invention concerne des méthodes, des trousses et des compositions se rapportant à l'utilisation de sondes haute affinité pour applications diagnostiques. Cette invention concerne également l'utilisation des sondes haute affinité pour détecter des souches du papillomavirus humain (PVH) importantes d'un point de vue clinique. Les sondes haute affinité permettent de mettre en oeuvre des méthodes diagnostiques rapides et d'obtenir une spécificité d'hybridation suffisante pour distinguer les souches de PVH étroitement associées. Cette invention donne des exemples de sondes haute affinité qui sont spécifiquement destinées à la détection des zones E6 et E7 et de variants d'épissage de l'ARNm du PVH.
