Abstract

La présente invention relève du domaine de l'équipement médical, et se rapporte en particulier à un inhalateur à poudre, qui comprend : un corps coiffé d'un capuchon de protection, qui est doté d'un orifice d'entrée d'air et d'un orifice de sortie d'aérosol, lesdits orifices étant reliés par un conduit d'air contenant des canaux d'accélération reliés à un diffuseur ; un récipient à poudre ; et un dispositif de dosage, qui se présente sous la forme d'une plaque mobile dotée d'un orifice de mesure destiné à fournir une dose de poudre au canal d'accélération. La plaque mobile du dispositif de dosage possède un orifice de mesure supplémentaire, identique au premier, qui est placé à la même distance de l'axe de rotation du dispositif de dosage et forme un angle de 90 ° par rapport au premier orifice, de façon que, lors de la rotation du dispositif de dosage, chacun des orifices de mesure se déplace successivement tantôt sous l'orifice situé à la base du récipient à poudre, tantôt dans l'un des canaux d'accélération. Les canaux d'accélération sont séparés par une cloison qui s'étend à partir de l'une de leurs parois au niveau de leur sortie, est directement adjacente à la plaque mobile du dispositif de dosage, et passe au-dessus de l'orifice de mesure vers les deux canaux, de façon que l'un des canaux seulement soit relié au diffuseur, et que l'autre canal communique avec le premier canal par l'intermédiaire de l'orifice de mesure.
