Abstract

An information system (13) for exchanging environmental information received from remote geographic locations (202)including a data integrator (208) programmed to integrate environmental data received from a plurality of environmental sensors located at one or more geographical locations and from at least one module input for inputting responder data; and a data manager (208) for providing access to the environmental and/or responder data.
