- the upper clamping means of the collecting means consists of a substantially elongated body crosshead 19, with an expansion at the upper end that generates large radial arms 20 with diagonal bottom surface 21 that adapts to the shape of the decline of the hole punched out of the upper surface of the medium to be drained (see figure 5), and inferiorly comprising a slight expansion with pointed termination; said slight expansion of the radial arms generates a physical stop 22 that engages with the internal diametral rib of the lower cylindrical projection 9 of said bell 7 (see figures 3 and 6 for these elements).
- the drain connector in this mode allows its installation in a condensate tray 31 to drain comprising two walls separated by an intermediate filling means 32, leaving an upper wall 33 and a lower wall 34 ; the upper wall comprises a hole 35 that generates a substantially concave perimeter surface 36, while the lower wall comprises a circular hole 37.
- the drain connector in this embodiment is composed of an internal manifold in the cabinet wall of the drain medium formed by a cylindrical manifold insert 38 internally comprising at its upper end a conical body 39 with a cylindrical extension 40 comprising an outer cord for the insertion of a drain pipe (not shown); at the junction between the internal conical body 39 and the cylindrical extension 40 an internal diametral rib 41 is comprised as a stop and coupling means of a crosshead upper clamping means 19 as shown and described in Figure 7.
- Said cylindrical clamping insert 38 externally comprises at its lower end a diametral rib 42 as a stop means with the lower wall 34 of the condensate tray 31, and at its upper end comprises a slight diametral expansion 42 touching the inner face of the upper wall 33.
- Said cylindrical insert 38 is coupled in the cavity 37 of the Lower wall 34 of the condensate tray 31, prior to the formation of the cabinet, that is to say prior to the injection of the filling material, so that when said injection of the filling 32 is carried out, the whole body being held, trapped and contained within the thickness of the medium to be wound by the filling material.
- the physical stop 22 of the upper clamping means 19, is hooked into the internal diametral rib 41 of the cylindrical clamping insert 38, so that the condensates pass from the upper surface through said upper clamping means 19 and being deposited inside the cylindrical clamping insert 38 which leads it through the cylindrical extension 40 where a drain pipe (not shown) is connected.
