Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble de soupape (10) utilisé avec un appareil de distribution comprenant une soupape (14), un levier (18) destiné à ouvrir la soupape afin de distribuer le produit, et un élément d'espacement variable (20) disposé de manière à limiter le déplacement du levier à une certaine distance variable en fonction de la position rotative du levier et d'un élément d'espacement variable. Dans l'un des modes de réalisation, la soupape (14) consiste en une soupape inclinée comprenant une tige de soupape (30), et un levier (18) couplé à la tige de soupape. L'organe d'espacement variable (20) comprend plusieurs portions d'espacement (52, 54, 56) d'épaisseurs différentes, chaque portion d'espacement étant disposée de manière à limiter le déplacement du levier (18) à une certaine distance prédéfinie. Une partie d'espacement (52) peut être arrangée de manière à permettre le déplacement complet du levier de sorte que par pression complète sur le levier la soupape soit entièrement ouverte. Une autre portion d'espacement (56) peut être arrangée de manière à permettre le déplacement partiel du levier de sorte que par pression complète du levier, la soupape s'ouvre à un niveau de débit intermédiaire. En outre, les parties d'espacement (54) peuvent être arrangées de manière à fournir d'autres niveaux de débit intermédiaires.
