Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et une méthode de détection et de quantification d'un analyte in vivo. Un rayonnement à diffusion Raman anti-Stokes émis à partir d'un échantillon sous excitation par rayonnement incident est recueilli et analysé. La réponse d'intensité est corrigée en termes d'effets de température au moyen d'un facteur de correction Boltzmann basé sur la température de l'échantillon. Le tissu échantillonné (102) est avantageusement la matrice stérile (42) située sous l'ongle (14) d'un orteil ou d'un doigt. Le rayonnement d'excitation incident (96) est projeté sur la matrice stérile (42) à travers l'ongle (14), qui fonctionne comme une fenêtre. La présente invention peut être mise en oeuvre dans le bleu/UV et le rouge/IR du spectre.
