Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant une meilleure surveillance de la glycémie. Ce dispositif est constitué d'une application mise en oeuvre sur un dispositif de communications mobiles utilisant des algorithmes de prédiction de la glycémie et de calcul du bol d'insuline. L'invention capture par ses organes d'entrée l'heure et les détails d'événements tels que la prise d'aliments, l'exercice physique, la prise de médicaments (insuline), la glycémie, et d'autres paramètres spécifiques de l'utilisateurs tels que la sensibilité à l'insuline et aux glucides, le poids, le niveau d'activité, etc. L'invention utilise alors normalement les algorithmes pour calculer le type et l'importance de la mesure correctrice à prendre pour agir sur la glycémie. La suggestion s'affiche sur l'organe de sortie du dispositif. La configuration normale de l'invention est un téléphone mobile exécutant un applicatifs utilisant les ressources du dispositif de communications. Pour introduire l'information, on utilise le clavier, les résultats s'affichant à l'écran du dispositif de communications mobiles. L'utilisation régulière du dispositif permet une meilleure gestion du régime insulinique par l'utilisateur, ce qui permet une meilleure gestion de la glycémie, et réduit d'autant les complications diabétiques associées à l'hyperglycémie comme à l'hypoglycémie.
