  • the device of the present invention is relative simple, effective, and low-cost, and can be delivered to the desired area accurately in a simple manner, and without the need for a propelled warhead or specialized throwing system.
  • a safe passage through a minefield may be cut by using a plurality of said devices 10, in which for example one device 10 is first detonated at the perimeter of the minefield, thereby neutralizing an area thereof. The user may then proceed to an end of this safe area and deposit another device 10 which can then be detonated thereat, producing another safe area contiguous with the first area. The process may be repeated, extending each time the length of the safe area, until the mine field is fully traversed.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif (10) de neutralisation de mines (100) et analogues situées dans une zone cible, comprenant: une enceinte (20), un système de positionnement (15) positionnant statistiquement le dispositif (10) par rapport à la zone cible, une charge à fragmentation (2) à fragments multiples, et un explosif (30) propulsant la charge hors de l'enceinte (20). L'enceinte (20) est conçue pour diriger la charge à fragmentation (2) vers la zone cible sous l'effet de la force propulsive de l'explosif (30) afin de neutraliser les mines (100) ou analogues.
