Abstract

L'invention appartient aux domaines de la microbiologie et de l'environnement et permet notamment de déterminer une pollution microbiologique d'un milieu aquatique, et peut s'utiliser dans le monitorage des eaux surfaciques ou souterraines ainsi que dans le contrôle bactériologique des solutions et suspensions aqueuses en médecine, en industrie alimentaire ou dans d'autres industries. L'invention vise à augmenter la sensibilité et la fiabilité des opérations de détermination quantitative de la pollution microbiologique de l'eau et de milieux aquatiques et à réduire en même temps la durée de ces opérations. Pour réaliser cet objectif, dans le procédé de l'invention de détermination quantitative de la pollution microbiologique de l'eau ou de milieux aquatiques on effectue des prises d'échantillons du milieu à analyser que l'on fait passer par un milieu bactéricide ayant la formule R4 NIn ((n-1)/2), jusqu'à ce que le pH de l'échantillon s'élève à 5-6, et l'on détermine la pollution microbiologique moyenne selon la concentration d'ions jusqu'à atteindre une concentration d'iode qui est libérée après l'échantillon et une interaction d'agent bactéricide. Cette pollution microbiologique moyenne peut être déterminée selon la concentration d'iode dans la forme réduite J- ou dans la forme oxydée J2. Le dispositif de l'invention pour mettre en oeuvre ce procédé comprend un dispositif d'enregistrement muni d'une source de rayonnement lumineux, une cuvette pour accueillir le milieu à analyser, un photorécepteur, un filtre bactéricide contenant un agent bactéricide ayant la formule R4 NIn ((n-1)/2), et une chambre de réaction, tous ces éléments étant reliés entre eux. Ce dispositif d'enregistrement est monté à la sortie de la chambre de réaction qui est faite d'un matériau résistant à la corrosion et comprend un goulot destiné à l'introduction de réactifs ainsi qu'une unité de mélangeage.
