Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de fixation osseuse comprenant : une vis à os pourvue d'une tête ; un capuchon destiné à soutenir le sommet de ladite tête ; une bague de compression destinée à pousser le capuchon ; un élément de réception pourvu d'un alésage dans lequel sont accueillis le capuchon et la bague de compression, et dans lequel vient s'insérer la tête de vis, et d'un canal en forme de U à travers lequel passe une barre de support ; ainsi qu'un écrou de fixation de barre couplé fileté à l'élément de réception, de sorte à fixer la barre de support. Le capuchon présente la forme d'un ressort Belleville. Le diamètre de l'extrémité inférieure dudit ressort est inférieur à celui de l'extrémité supérieure. La surface supérieure du ressort est inclinée de manière concave dans le sens intérieur radial, et son côté inférieur présente une courbure venant en contact avec une surface circonférentielle extérieure de la tête.
