Abstract

Un moulage par injection est mis en oeuvre pour former des dispositifs microfluidiques dotés de composants fonctionnels intégrés. Un ou plusieurs composants fonctionnels sont placés dans une cavité de moule qui est ensuite fermée. La résine thermoplastique fondue est injectée dans le moule puis refroidie, permettant ainsi la formation d'un substrat solide incluant le ou les composants fonctionnels. Le substrat solide incluant le ou les composants fonctionnels est ensuite lié à un second substrat qui peut inclure des microcanaux ou d'autres caractéristiques.
