Abstract

The invention relates to a sports article, in particular, for full-contact sports, characterized in essentially comprising a combination of: (a) an element (1) called a sparring guard, or pao in full contact sports, (b) an extension element (2), enclosing at least a part of the front face and the free upper end of the element (1), said element (2) comprising a domed, curved and filled form, essentially having the shape of the end of a traditional boxing glove and optionally, extending to the rear of the same on the rear face of the element (1) with a piece of material forming a cavity with the corresponding face of the element (1), open at the upper end thereof, to accommodate a hand, supporting said article. The above is of application to combat sports called full-contact.
