Description

PIΞCE SERVANT A SOUTENIR LA TETE, PIECE SERVANT A SOUTENIR LE DOS, DOSSIER POUR SIEGE, 'SIEGEPIECE USED TO SUPPORT THE HEAD, PIECE SERVICED TO SUPPORT THE BACK, SEAT BACK, 'SEAT

The present invention relates to a part serving to support the head, a part 5 serving to support the back, a seat backrest and a seat comprising a backrest according to the invention. Document US Pat. No. 5,781,947 describes a part serving to support the head, of the type comprising a mass of elastically deformable material, provided with a top, on which the head of a user is intended to be placed, and with a bottom. , intended to be placed in abutment on a support of the part serving to support the head, the mass of this part serving to support the head comprising an orifice, called the auricular orifice, making it possible to avoid or at least limit the compression of the user's ear in contact with the part used to support the head, when this user is lying on his side. The ear hole described in this document is a blind hole placed on top of the mass of the part serving to support the head. This orifice, having substantially the shape of a cylinder, comprises an opening end on the top of the mass and an opposite closed end. When a user, lying on his side, places his ear in the ear opening, his head covers the opening end, so that the ear opening forms a substantially hermetic cavity around the ear. This closed cavity has the disadvantages of preventing effective elimination of perspiration from the user and of causing an unpleasant hearing sensation of confinement. The object of the invention is to remedy these drawbacks by providing a part serving to support the head of the aforementioned type, which does not create hearing discomfort for the user, and which allows effective elimination of his perspiration when he use while lying on your side. To this end, the subject of the invention is a part serving to support the head, of the aforementioned type, characterized in that the mass of deformable material comprises at least one ventilation channel making it possible to communicate the atrial orifice with the outside the mass, when the user's head covers this orifice. Thanks to this ventilation channel, air can circulate freely between the ear orifice and the outside of the mass, even if the user's head covers this orifice. This free circulation of air makes it possible on the one hand to ventilate the ear orifice so as to eliminate any perspiration of the user, and on the other hand to limit the unpleasant feeling of confinement around the ear. A piece serving to support the head according to the invention may further include one or more of the following characteristics: - the ear orifice is provided with two ends opening respectively on the top and on the bottom of the mass, the channel d the aeration being formed by an aeration gutter formed in the underside of the mass and extending between the bottom end of the ear opening and the contour of the underside of the mass; - The ear hole is substantially cylindrical, and the groove extends substantially radially with respect to the ear hole; - The part used to support the head has three ventilation gutters, preferably substantially perpendicular two by two. The invention also relates to a part used to support the head, of the type comprising a mass of elastically deformable material, provided with a top, on which the head of a user is intended to be placed, and a bottom , intended to be placed in abutment on a support of the part serving to support the head, the mass of this part serving to support the head comprising an orifice, called the auricular orifice, making it possible to avoid, or at least to limit, compression of the user's ear in contact with the part used to support the head, when this user is lying on his side, characterized in that the ear orifice has substantially the shape of a cylinder, the base of this cylinder having an oblong shape whose large dimension is substantially transverse to the user's neck when the latter uses the part serving to support the head under normal conditions. This type of piece used to support the head is intended to be used more particularly as a pillow for a baby. It helps prevent a baby from choking, if he ever goes from a lying position on the side to a lying position on the belly in which he would have his face pressed against the top of the mass. Thanks to the oblong opening, the baby is not likely to suffocate because his nose is then placed in the opening. One or the other of the two parts serving to support the head previously defined may further include the characteristic that the top is connected to the underside by at least one scapular side provided with a scapular notch forming, on the one hand a clearance for the user's cervical muscles when the latter is lying on the back and, on the other hand, a housing for the user's shoulder when the latter is lying on the side. This scapular notch allows a gentle and progressive stretching of the cervical muscles to relax this vertebral segment during periods of long rest on the back. The invention also relates to a part used to support the head, of the type comprising a mass of elastically deformable material, provided with a top, on which the head of a user is intended to be placed, and a bottom , intended to be placed in abutment on a support of the part serving to support the head, the top being connected to the underside by at least one scapular side, the scapular side being provided with a scapular notch forming, on the one hand, a clearance for the user's neck when the latter is lying on the back and, on the other hand, a housing for the user's shoulder when the latter is lying on the side, characterized in that it includes a parietal side connecting the top to the bottom, opposite the scapular side, this parietal side having a projecting shape complementary to the re-entrant notch on the scapular side, the complementary shapes being delimited by the same cutting line in a raw block of elastically deformable material. An advantage of this part serving to support the head is to allow savings in elastically deformable material from which the masses of the parts serving to support the head are cut. Indeed, a single cut in a raw block of elastically deformable material makes it possible to define the scapular and parietal sides of two parts serving to support the head successively produced. Cutting the notches therefore does not produce a drop of material. A part serving to support the head according to one of the three previously defined objects may also include one or more of the following characteristics: - the part serving to support the head has a recess for partial housing of the user's head , said head reception depression; - the top of the piece used to support the head comprises a cervical connecting groove forming a cervical clearance extending between the head receiving depression and the scapular notch so as to avoid or at least limit contact with the neck of the user with the top of the mass. The invention also relates to a piece serving to support the back, of the type comprising a mass of elastically deformable material, provided with a top, on which the back of a user is intended to be placed, and from below. , intended to be placed in abutment on a support, characterized in that the top of the mass comprises an oblong vertebral depression, the large dimension of which extends substantially in a direction parallel to the vertebral column of the user, this depression forming a housing for the user's arm when it is on the side, resting on the workpiece. A piece serving to support the back according to the invention may also include one or more of the following characteristics: - The mass comprises a lower part comprising at least a part of the oblong vertebral depression and an upper part comprising a part serving to support the head according to one of the previously defined inventions; - The upper part includes a part used to support the head, the scapular notch of the upper part forming part of the oblong vertebral depression; - the top of the upper part protrudes from the top of the lower part. The invention also relates to a seat back characterized in that it is provided with a part serving to support the back as previously defined. The subject of the invention is also a seat of the type comprising a seat and a backrest movable relative to the seat between an upright position of use of the seat in the sitting position and an inclined position of use of the seat in a substantially extended position, characterized in that the file is according to the invention previously defined. This seat is intended to be used more particularly in airplanes to improve the comfort of the passenger when he wishes to rest in the lying position, on the back or on the side. The invention will be better understood on reading the description which follows, given solely by way of example and made with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: - Figure 1 is a perspective view from below of a part used supporting the head according to a first embodiment of the invention; - Figure 2 is a perspective view from above of the part used to support the head illustrated in Figure 1; - Figure 3 is a perspective view of a part used to support the head according to a second embodiment; - Figure 4 is a view of a seat with a backrest according to the invention. There is shown in Figures 1 and 2 a part for supporting the head, designated by the general reference 10, according to a first embodiment of the invention. This piece 10 for supporting the head can for example be a pillow, a baby pillow or a travel headrest. The part 10 serving to support the head comprises a mass 12 of elastically deformable material, preferably of synthetic or natural foam, the material being moreover anti-mite. The mass 12 of deformable material may be the case covered with a cap not shown in the figures. In the example illustrated, the mass 12 of deformable material has a generally parallelepiped shape. The mass 12 of deformable material is provided with a top 14, shown in Figure 2, on which the head of a user is intended to be placed. The mass 12 of deformable material is also provided with a bottom 16, shown in Figure 1, intended to be placed in abutment on a support of the part 10 serving to support the head, generally a bedding element such as a mattress or seat back. The mass 12 of deformable material comprises an orifice 18 called the auricular orifice which opens onto the top 14 of the mass 12. This auricular orifice has the function of avoiding or at least limiting the compression of the ear of a user by contact with the part 10 serving to support the head when this user is lying on his side. In order to ventilate this ear opening 18 and to avoid the impression of confinement that the user could feel when he uses this piece 10 serving to support the head in the lying position and his ear covers the ear opening 18, the mass 12 of deformable material is provided with ventilation channels 20 making it possible to communicate the atrial orifice 18 with the exterior of the mass 12. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the atrial orifice 18 is substantially cylindrical , and is provided with two ends opening respectively on the top 14 and on the bottom 16 of the mass 12. The ventilation channels 20 are then formed by gutters 20 for ventilation provided in the bottom 16 of the mass 12 and s extending between the end of the underside of the ear orifice 18 and the external contour of the underside 16 of the mass 12. The mass 12 of deformable material comprises three ventilation gutters 20 extending substantially radially with respect to the auricular orifice 18. The three grooves are substantially perpendicular two by two. In FIGS. 1 and 2, the mass 12 of deformable material is provided with an ear orifice 18 having substantially the shape of a cylinder, the base of which has an oblong shape. The large dimension of this base is substantially transverse to the user's neck when the latter uses the part 10 serving to support the head under normal conditions. This oblong opening is particularly recommended for parts 10 used to support the head intended to be used as pillows for babies. In fact, when the baby sleeps on its side, its ear is placed in this orifice 18. If it ever turns over on its belly, the face against the mass 12 of the part 10 serving to support the head, the oblong orifice 18 limits the risk of suffocation since its nose is then in contact with the orifice 18 and not with the mass 12 because the orifice 18 is oblong. The part 10 serving to support the head shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a scapular side 22 connecting the top 14 to the bottom 16 of the mass 12. This scapular side 22 is provided with a scapular notch 23 forming on the one hand a clearance for the user's cervical muscles when the latter is lying on the back and, on the other hand, a housing for the user's shoulder when the latter is lying on the side. Furthermore, the top 14 of the mass 12 includes a recess 24 for partially housing the head of the user, called recess 24 for receiving the head. The scapular notch 23 is connected to the recess 24 for receiving the head by a cervical groove 26 for connection. This cervical groove 26 forms a cervical clearance intended to avoid or at least limit contact of the user's neck with the top 14 of the mass 12. According to a second embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the mass 12 comprises a parietal side 28 connecting the top 14 to the bottom 16, opposite the scapular side 22, this parietal side 28 having a projecting shape complementary to the scapular notch 23 returning from the scapular side 22, a complementary shape being delimited by the same cutting line in a raw block of elastically deformable material. This shape saves the elastically deformable material used to manufacture these parts 10 used to support the head. Indeed, a single cut in a raw block of elastically deformable material makes it possible to define the scapular 22 and parietal 28 sides of the parts 10 used to support the head. A seat 30 comprising a seat 32 and a backrest 34 movable relative to the seat 32 between an upright position for using the seat 30 in the sitting position and an inclined position for using the seat in the substantially extended position is shown in the figure 4. The back 34 of this seat 30 is provided with a part 36 serving to support the back. This part 36 serving to support the back comprises a mass of elastically deformable material provided with a top on which the back of a user is intended to be placed and a bottom intended to be placed in abutment on a support, constituted by example by the structure of the backrest 34 of the seat 30. The top of the mass comprises an oblong vertebral recess 38 whose large dimension extends substantially according to a direction parallel to the spine of the user, this depression forming a housing for the arm of the user when the latter is on the side, resting on the workpiece. The part of the part 36 serving to support the back delimiting the lower end 40 of the vertebral depression can also serve as an armrest for the user when he is resting on the side on the part 36 serving to support the back. The mass of the part serving to support the back comprises a lower part 42 comprising at least part of the oblong vertebral recess 38 and an upper part 44 comprising a part 10 serving to support the head as previously described. In particular, in the part 10 serving to support the head, the scapular notch 23 forms a part of the oblong vertebral depression. Preferably, the top of the upper part 44 is protruding with respect to the top of the lower part 42. A part 36 serving to support the back according to the invention is intended to be used preferably on seats, in particular for aircraft, whose backrest is tiltable, so that the user can use it in a substantially extended position.
