Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Salzkern und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Salzkerns für die Erzeugung eines Formhohlraums in einem durch ein Giessverfahren geformten Gegenstand, wobei die Herstellung des Salzkerns die folgenden Verfahrensschritte beinhaltet: Homogenes Mischen eines körnigen Salzes mit einem phosphathaltigen Feuerfestbinder, Einfüllen des gemischten Salzes in ein Formwerkzeug zur Bildung eines Salzkerns und Verdichten des Formkerns unter Druck und/oder erhöhter Temperatur. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin einen Salzkern zur Verwendung in einem druckbeaufschlagbaren Giessverfahren.
