Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un fertilisant organique azoté sous forme liquide ou de granule comportant un mélange de cornes et de sabots de bovins non traité ou granulé avec un taux d'humidité inférieur ou égal à 20 % en poids et avec 18 % en poids d'azote organique lié de caractère protéinique. La taille des granules de corne et de sabots de bovins est de 0 à 12 mm. Le procédé d'obtention du fertilisant granulé ou liquide selon l'invention consiste en la fourniture du mélange de corne et de sabots dans un récipient, par exemple un réacteur, suivie de l'addition de 100 % d'hydroxyde de potassium (KOH) dans le mélange dans un rapport pondéral minimal de 1:2 et de 200 litres d'eau. Le contenu est ensuite laissé dans une lessive pour réagir ou est réchauffé jusqu'à la fusion pour être ensuite neutralisé par l'addition de 50 litres d'acide orthophosphorique à 80 %. Lorsque la neutralisation est complétée, le mélange final peut être enrichi avec d'autres nutriants, tels que NO3, Mg, Fe, Co, B, Mn, Mo, Zn, Cu. La solution est enfin amenée à un volume final de 1000 litres avec de l'eau.
