Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Flächenheizelementes als Widerstandsheizung in einem mehrschichtigen Aufbau, welches zugeführte elektrische Energie in Wärmeenergie umwandelt und diese an ein Trägermaterial abgibt und wobei das Trägermaterial eine ebene, gekrümmte oder eine mehrdimensional geformte Oberfläche aufweist. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wärmeerzeugende elektrische Leiter auf das zu erwärmende Trägermaterial mittels Siebdruckverfahren aufgetragen und getrocknet wird, das der elektrische Leiter anschließend mit einer Isolierschicht auf Kunststoffbasis mittels Siebdruckverfahren oder durch Aufsprühen oder durch Aufwalzen abgedeckt wird und das die Isolierschicht bei Temperaturen von maximal 300 °C getrocknet und ausgehärtet wird. Weiters betrifft die Erfindung ein so herstellbares Flächenheizelement.
