Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) permettant de repositionner des os, suite à des fractures, qui comprend : A) une tige longitudinale (2) comportant un axe central (3), munie d'une extrémité avant (4) coupant l'axe central (3), d'une extrémité arrière (5), coupant l'axe central (3) ; et B) au moins trois fils de Kirschner (6) appropriés pour assurer la fixation du dispositif (1) sur un os (7) ou sur un fragment osseux ; C) la tige (2) est traversée par au moins trois alésages (8) appropriés au passage des fils de Kirschner (6) et présentant chacun un axe longitudinal (9) ; et D), les axes longitudinaux (9) des alésages (8) coupent un plan défini au niveau de l'extrémité avant (4) de la tige (2), orthogonalement par rapport à l'axe central (3) et se trouvent en gauchissement mutuel.
