Description

ROLLER DEVICE FOR PAINTING
Technical Field The present invention relates to a roller device for painting, which provides a variety of colors, and more particularly, to a roller device for painting in which respectively different colored raw materials are accommodated in each partition in a main body separated by separation partitions which are formed spaced by a predetermined distance from each other so that the respectively different colored raw materials are accommodated in the main body which accommodates raw materials, and the raw materials are transferred to a wheel which is installed in each partition, an intermediate roller which rotates while contacting the wheel to raise each raw material, and an upper roller which rotates while contacting the intermediate roller, to paint on painting sheets to thus provide a variety of patterns and colors.
Background Art In general, a roller device for painting has the structure of a cylindrical roller connected with a handle. In this case, raw materials should be gotten on the roller for painting. Whenever a painter moves his or her place to paint, bottles of raw materials should be moved for painting. Further, in order to provide a variety of colors, raw material bottles of respectively different colors and rollers for painting the respective colors should be prepared. As a result, a roller should be replaced by another to paint respectively different colors. Thus, workers or neighbors may get colors, and safety may be threatened during working at high buildings . In order to solve cumbersome processes of getting colors in a roller everytime, a roller device employing a roller integrally combined with a raw material bottle has been developed . However, such a roller device has a problem that raw materials are not uniformly mixed to thus make it difficult to perform a paint work. Further, a number of rollers for painting should be used in order to paint various colors, which causes inconveniences .
Disclosure of the Invention To solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a roller device for painting in which a main body accommodating raw materials and a number rollers are integrally combined, and separation partitions are formed in the main body to partition the inner space of the main body. To accomplish the above objects of the present invention, there is provided a roller device for painting comprising: a handle; a main body accommodating raw materials; separation partitions which are formed spaced by a predetermined distance from each other so that the raw materials accommodated in the main body have respectively different colors; a wheel which is installed to rotate to raise each raw material separated by the separation partitions in the main body; a support roller which is combined with the upper end of the rear side of the main body; an intermediate roller which is located in the upper side of the wheel and the front portion of the support roller and rotates while contacting the wheel and the support roller; and an upper roller which is located in the upper-front side of the intermediate roller and rotate while contacting the intermediate roller.
Brief Description of the Drawings The above and other objects and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by describing the preferred embodiment thereof in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: FIG. 1 is a disassembly perspective view showing a roller device for painting according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is an assembly perspective view showing a roller device for painting according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention; and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a roller device for painting according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention Hereinbelow, a roller device for painting according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings . FIG. 1 is a disassembly perspective view showing a roller device for painting according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, respective components which are combined with each other are illustrated on an explosive basis. Separation partitions 15 which are formed spaced by a predetermined distance from each other are formed in a main body
10 which accommodates raw materials, so that respectively different colored raw materials are accommodated. A supporter
16 having a sliding groove 17 is formed at the center of the rear and front sides of each partition 15. Another supporter 11 having a sliding groove 12 is formed in each of the lefthand and righthand inner sides of the main body 10. The respective sliding grooves
17 and 12 of the supporters 16 and 11 are slidingly combined with the shaft 31 of a wheel 30 so that the respectively different colored raw materials partitioned by each partition can be raised by rotation of the wheel 30. The wheel 30 has a dual structure including a lefthand wheel 32 and a righthand wheel 33. Accordingly, the raw materials are raised via a hollow portion 34 between the lefthand and righthand wheels 32 and 33. The raised raw materials contact the wheel 30 and are transferred to an intermediate roller 40 which rotates in a direction opposed to that of the wheel 30. A coupling groove 35 is formed at a position distant by a predetermined distance respectively from the upper portion of the lefthand and righthand inner sides of the main body 10. The coupling groove 35 is combined with a coupling shaft 41 of the intermediate roller 40. The intermediate roller 40 rotates in a direction opposed to that of the wheel 30, while contacting the wheel 30. The raw materials raised by the wheel 30 are transferred to the intermediate roller 40. An upper roller 50 which is surrounded by a filet or has a structure where a number of grooves are formed and rotates in a direction opposed to that of the intermediate roller 40 while contacting the intermediate roller 40 contacts the outer surface of the intermediate roller 40. Accordingly, the raw materials are transferred from the intermediate roller 40 to the outer surface of the upper roller 50. As a result, although a pattern is carved in relief or in intaglio on the outer surface of the upper roller 50 to thereby form a pattern layer, the raw materials can be efficiently transferred. An elongate groove 25 is formed on the upper end of the rear side of the main body 10. The coupling shaft 21 of a support roller 20 is combined with the elongate groove 25. The support roller 20 contacts the intermediate roller 40 and rotates in a counter-direction each other. Since the coupling shaft 21 of the support roller 20 can move in the elongate groove 25, the support roller 20 and the intermediate roller 40 can contact each other although the intermediate roller 40 or the support roller 20 varies in size and so on. As described above, the support roller 20 contacts the intermediate roller 40 and rotates in a counter-direction each other, to thus support the intermediate roller 40 and enable the raw materials transferred from the wheel 30 to be efficiently transferred to the intermediate roller 40. Further, respectively different colored raw materials are mixed at the boundary portion of the respectively different colored raw materials, to thereby provide a mixed color and thus provide various and beautiful colors . A frame 65 connected with a handle 60 is combined via a hinge 62 on the upper end of each of the lefthand and righthand outer surfaces of the main body 10. A number of coupling grooves 63 combined with the hinge 62 in the frame 65 can be formed in order to adjust a distance between the main body 10 and the handle 60 or the upper roller 50. An elongate groove 61 is formed in the opposing end of the portion combined with the handle 60 of the frame 65, so as to be combined with the coupling shaft 51 of the upper roller 50. The upper roller 50 contacts the intermediate roller 40 and rotates in a counter-direction each other. Further, since the coupling shaft 51 of the upper roller 50 can move in the elongate groove 61, the intermediate roller 20 and the upper roller 50 can contact each other although the intermediate roller 40 or the upper roller 50 varies in size and so on. Here, a variety of patterns are carved in relief or in intaglio on the outer surface of the upper roller 50 to thereby form a pattern layer 55. Accordingly, a variety of patterns can be printed on painting sheets. FIG. 2 is an assembly perspective view showing a roller device for painting according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 2, respective components which are combined with each other are illustrated on an assembly basis. According to rotation of the wheel 30, the raw materials accommodated in the main body 10 are raised via the hollow portion
34. The raised raw materials are transferred to the intermediate roller 40 which contacts the wheel 30. The raw materials gotten on the outer surface of the intermediate roller 40 is depressed by the support roller 20 so that the raw materials do not lean to one side so as to be painted uniformly. The raw materials transferred to the intermediate roller 40 are again transferred to the upper roller 50 so as to be painted on painting sheets. Since the handle 60 and the upper roller 50 are connected with the frame 65, the main body 10 is maintained downwards by the gravitational force and an angle can be adjusted up and down around the hinge 62. Accordingly, the roller device for painting according to the present invention enables a user to conveniently paint on any portion to be painted in the wall surfaces or the ceiling. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a roller device for painting according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention . The intermediate roller 40, the support roller 20 and the upper roller 50 contact each other, to accordingly avoid any leakage of the raw materials. In the case that the upper roller 50 directly contacting the painting sheet is rotated, the intermediate roller 40 rotates in a counter-direction to that of the upper roller 50. The rotating intermediate roller 40 is supported by the support roller 20. In addition, the raw materials gotten on the outer surface of the intermediate roller 40 is depressed by the support roller 20 so that the raw materials do not lean to one side so as to be painted uniformly. Accordingly, the respectively different colors are created at the boundary of each partition, to thus provide a variety of colors.
Industrial Applicability As described above, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the main body is partitioned into three partitions so that the raw materials of three colors can be used. However, without departing off the spirit of the present invention, it is apparent to one who has an ordinary skill in the art that the main body can be partitioned into two partitions or more. Further, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the roller device for painting includes a single intermediate roller and a single upper roller, to thereby provide a more number of colors than the number of the accommodated raw materials. However, without departing off the spirit of the present invention, it is apparent to one who has an ordinary skill in the art that the outer surfaces of the intermediate roller and the upper roller are separated by the number of the partitions, or a separated roller is provided, to thereby avoid any mixture of the colors of the raw materials and provide only a given color. As described above, the roller device for painting according to the present invention includes a handle, a main body accommodating raw materials, separation partitions which are formed spaced by a predetermined distance from each other so that the raw materials accommodated in the main body have respectively different colors, a wheel which is installed to rotate to raise each raw material separated by the separation partitions in the main body, a support roller which is combined with the upper end of the rear side of the main body, an intermediate roller which is located in the upper side of the wheel and the front portion of the support roller and rotates while contacting the wheel and the support roller, and an upper roller which is located in the upper-front side of the intermediate roller and rotate while contacting the intermediate roller. Accordingly, a user does not need to get each color on the rollers everytime. Since raw materials do not leak, a user does not need to be worried about getting colors. Further, since an angle between the handle and the intermediate roller is freely adjusted, a painting work can be performed conveniently and thus a variety of patterns and colors can be provided to thereby give aesthetic appreciation.
As described above, the present invention has been described with respect to particularly preferred embodiment. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and it is possible for one who has an ordinary skill in the art to make various modifications and variations, without departing off the spirit of the present invention. Thus, the protective scope of the present invention is not defined within the detailed description thereof but is defined by the claims to be described later and the technical spirit of the present invention.
