Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif et des procédés servant à fixer un élément guide de trajectoire chirurgical comportant une pluralité d'ouvertures de fixation au-dessus du cuir chevelu d'un patient. Le dispositif comprend une pluralité de piliers à os dont le nombre correspond à la pluralité des ouvertures de fixation de l'élément guide de trajectoire. Chacun des piliers comporte des extrémités opposées, distale et proximale, et une partie corps principal cylindrique se déployant entre ces extrémités. L'extrémité distale de chacun des piliers comprend une partie à surface filetée autotaraudeuse qui se visse dans et à travers le cuir chevelu du patient. L'extrémité proximale de chacun des piliers comprend un logement fileté destiné à recevoir un élément de fixation fileté, et une surface d'entraînement avec laquelle un élément rotatif entre en contact pour faire tourner chacun des piliers.
