Abstract

L'invention concerne un support d'une substance biocompatible destiné à la culture de cellules dépendantes d'un support. Le support est un support tridimensionnel permettant de cultiver une substance microbiologique et comprenant au moins deux surfaces sensiblement planes se croisant et présentant une circonférence sensiblement circulaire. Celle-ci confère une géométrie sensiblement sphérique au support, telle que le support peut sembler être une sphère solide ou un polyèdre solide doté de découpes mettant en place les surfaces planes. La géométrie sensiblement sphérique du support permet d'emballer de nombreux supports dans un contenant, tel qu'une bouteille pour agitateur rotatif, un flacon, un godet, une plaque à cupules, un plateau, un sachet de cellules, une colonne d'élution, etc., la zone de croissance dans le contenant étant accrue sensiblement. De plus, la géométrie des supports permet de minimiser des interférences entre des surfaces de supports voisins quand ils sont emballés et la géométrie sensiblement sphérique permet aux supports de rouler.
