Abstract

L'invention concerne un jouet pour animal domestique naturel, pouvant être mâché, nutritif et aux propriétés odontologiques, élaboré à partir d'une peau déshydratée de boeuf en poudre mélangée à de l'amidon, de la glycérine, du lactobacilus, des conservateurs, des aromatisants de boeuf ou de poulet, des légumes aux arômes de fruit et des colorants. On prépare le jouet en le mélangeant et en homogénéisant tous les ingrédients afin d'obtenir une pâte injectée dans un moule au moyen d'une machine à mouler par injection à une pression comprise entre 1000 et 1500 livres/pouces carrée et entre 50 et 80 °C de manière à obtenir, après son démoulage et séchage jusqu'à atteindre 10 % environ d'humidité, un produit pouvant présenter diverses formes, à savoir un os, des biscuits, des bâtonnets, etc. le produit ainsi obtenu est consistant et aide au maintien de la dentition de l'animal domestique.
