Abstract

Le système est constitué d'une série de postes de surveillance (1) automatisés et interconnectés, au moyen d'un système de communication (4), présentant une centrale de gestion des alarmes (2), comprenant en outre des centres de contrôle et de surveillance (3) connectés au moyen du système ou du réseau de communication (4), avec les postes de surveillance (1) et la centrale de gestion d'alarmes (2). Grâce à des capteurs thermiques (5) prévus dans les postes de surveillance (1), on détecte les changements de température les plus minimes pour qu'une unité de détection (6) de chaque poste de surveillance (1) traite les images radiométriques, les analyse et les classe en vue de leur interprétation postérieure et de la détermination du type d'alarme générée dans chaque cas. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la centrale de gestion des alarmes (2) reçoit et classe les alarmes, vérifiant si celles-ci doivent être représentées ou non dans un système d'information géographique (9) établi dans les centres de contrôle et de surveillance (3), de manière à fournir des données permettant de connaître s'il existe ou non des foyers d'incendie dans la zone couverte par la système.
