Abstract

The present invention relates to a container valve for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and, more particularly, to a gas container valve capable of previously preventing a dangerous situation by making a rear pressure of the container and the inner pressure of the container the same at the time of opening the container. The valve for the LPG according to the present invention comprises : a valve body in which a gas flow hole, a main gas guide hole and an exhaust guide hole are provided; a handle having an opening/closing member for selectively opening and closing the main gas guide hole; a pressure controller, for making a rear pressure of the valve and an inner pressure of the container the same, having a gas exhaust hole to exhaust a very small amount of the gas and a gas exhaust blocking member to control a gas exhaust; and an overflow gas controller for opening/closing the main gas guide hole according to a movement of the pressure controller.
